The "Dictionary of food and restaurant industry galician-spanish-english" was presented today to employers in Santiago de Compostela. It has been elaborated by the Galician terminological service Termigal. This dictionary contains a summary of the terms of the gastronomic and culinary language relevant from the conceptual or denominativepoint of view. Its aim is to contribute to the terminological standardization of Galician language in the field of gastronomy and culinary industry, to solve problems related to specific terms and to facilitate communication among professionals in the sector.
